Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on the hill. The perfect get-away but close to Placerville and dozens of wineries and great restaurants. You will love the amazing pool with pool house, large patio and BBQ. You will see deer grazing around the property and turkeys running around. Home and pool were recently remodeled so everything feels new. Guest have full access to the attached one car garage, the entire home as well as the pool house/office with a sofa bed. The second garage is locked with the owner's belongs. Spa is always heated. We are happy to answer any questions you might have. You can message us on Airbnb before or during your stay. We are available by phone during your stay if there is an emergency. Message over the app for most things. We check it regularly through the day, every day. Please call us first, but if we do not get back to you, you can call our house cleaner Colleen. She is our backup for emergencies. -We charge a one-time pet fee of $100 per pet.

We were there because of a house fire. The access was easy and it was very comfortable for my 2 dogs and granddaughter who had been through quite a trauma. Peaceful neighborhood with deer and chickens. Just like home! Thank you🙏🏻
This was unfortunately the worst experiences I've had with an Air BNB. Ryker advertised this property as having a "heated pool". I picked the property for the "heated pool". Night one: The pool is freezing. Ryker told me the pool water is at 86. Ryker tells me to go buy a pool thermometer at a store in town.... They doordash a pool thermometer. They send pics to show proof of arrival....it arrived at the wrong home, the home where they were supposedly heating the pool to 86. No one in my family used the pool on the first day. Day 2: Heather apologizes profusely, said the pool heater was turned on for the right house. I wait for hours, confused as to why the pool temperature is going down. I speak w/ heather at 5PM, she tells me Ryker told her to turn off the pool heater earlier. Nothing was communicated to me. Airbnb reimbursed me 50% of my cost. Ryker changed his listing to not advertise "heated pool" . Their communication and business operations are dishonest.
Ryker always is very helpful with our stays. We have stayed many times and love the house.
