Great location and house. Was there during a heavy storm. It caused a few leaks in some of the downstairs windows. Also had the heavy wind blow open the upsatirs glass doors. Biggest issue was listing said it had a propane grill, the house does not have a propane grill. The house only has a cheap charcoal grill and no charcoal on site, so you have to go buy charcoal at one of the few local options. House was an amazing space.
The house and area was nice. Ryker was responsive and communicated. The house had a strong odor of cigarette smell, I informed Ryker and he responded quickly to address the issue. Other than the smell the house was good.
Logement très agréable, propre et fonctionnel qui correspond très bien à l description et aux photos. Il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour profiter des différentes activités à Sacramento ou aimer marcher un peu comme moi. Mais le quartier est calme et propose quelques bars / restaurants à proximité directe. Rikker est très disponible si vous avez des remarques ou questions. Prévoyez quelques centimes si vous voulez laver votre linge sur place (machine commune) mais cela a l’avantage de ne pas devoir aller dans un Laundry. Sacramento vaut vraiment la peine surtout pour le côté nature et le waterfront / Old sacramento

This Airbnb provided a much-needed sanctuary for our family during a difficult time attending a funeral. The interior is stunning—honestly, whoever decorated deserves a gold star! The home was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches like coffee and snacks that we truly appreciated. The location was more convenient to our venues than we even realized, and despite the Sacramento rain, we still managed to enjoy the pool. Ryker was an incredible host, remaining highly responsive and accommodating even when we requested a last-minute extension. We left feeling well-rested and would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay, communication was great and location central to everything in Roseville and the surroundjng areas.
We were there because of a house fire. The access was easy and it was very comfortable for my 2 dogs and granddaughter who had been through quite a trauma. Peaceful neighborhood with deer and chickens. Just like home! Thank you🙏🏻
