The game room features a pool table and ping pong table. Located 10 miles from Apple Hill's 50+ wineries and farms, 5 miles from Sly Park Recreation Area, and 45 minutes from South Lake Tahoe skiing. Three-car attached garage plus driveway parking. Winter Access: The property has a long driveway that can be difficult to traverse when it snows. 4WD/AWD is strongly recommended November–March. We have a snow removal company servicing the driveway, but 4WD/AWD may still be necessary. The hot tub is large and ground-level, so it may not reach peak temperatures in the coldest months.
